We are seeking an experienced Senior Client Lead to join our global in-house agency.

 

The Barn is Arla’s in-house agency. We were created in 2019 to help Arla’s global and local brands win in a world of increasing media complexity. Our growth and success have been tremendous, and today we have a strong team specializing in creative development, strategy and planning, tech and data, media buying and production.

 

We work across markets with 40+ brands from Lurpak®, Castello® and Starbucks® to Danish icons such as Cocio and Kærgården. We have 130+ colleagues from everywhere in between the Philippines, France, and Argentina. And we’ve just begun. We have our hands in every step of the process, from business planning for our brands, campaign strategy to creative executions.

 

How you will make an impact

Your key responsibilities will be

Client Leadership: Strategically leading and managing a portfolio of clients to maintain a healthy pipeline and business. Client Satisfaction & Growth: Ensuring client satisfaction, revenue growth, and profitability through innovative strategies and high creative standards. Stakeholder Engagement: Conducting regular meetings with key client stakeholders (Brand Di-rector and/or Sr Brand Manager) to foster collaboration and identify new opportunities. Annual Planning: Leading yearly planning processes to secure retainer commitments and drive client relationships forward. Strategic Partner: Acting as a strategic sparring partner to clients and internal teams, providing ongoing consultation and advice. Pitch & Revenue Generation: Pitching new project ideas to clients, securing revenue and profitability of your client portfolio. Team Leadership: Informally leading the core brand team across your portfolio, building relationships, driving engagement, and aligning on ambition levels. Project Management: Receive all briefs as the client entry point and set internal ambitions for projects, before handing them over to an Account Lead who successfully manages the project

 

What are we looking for?

As a Senior Client Lead, you bring a minimum of 5 years of experience from either the agency side in senior account management roles or from the client side in brand management or similar. Your background should include significant exposure to brand strategy and creative development, showcasing your ability to lead and inspire teams.

You are able to add value when discussing brand plans with senior stakeholders and have a perspective on how to grow brands and achieve long-term objectives. You communicate and present clearly to various audiences confidently in a way that engages them, achieves your desired outcome and builds strong relationships Informal Leadership & Ambition: You are ambitious and eager to lead informally, with a can-do attitude. You motivate and inspire your colleagues to achieve high standards and creative excellence. Flexibility: You are flexible and thrive in dynamic environments. You handle changes in projects or priorities with ease and maintain focus on achieving goals. Interpersonal skills/Relationship Building: You excel at building and maintaining strong, trust-based relationships with both clients and colleagues, fostering an environment that paves the way for individual success and success of the work.
