You Are: 

A strong Senior Client Partner tasked with rapid business expansion within accounts, including growing a select client cluster with clearly established top-line and bottom-line targets, and being able to sell new service offerings and solutions to the client cluster to achieve targeted results.

 

The Opportunity:

·        Establish and manage the overall client relationship with key decision-makers.

·        Establish and build "trust" and leverage client context by understanding the client's overall business goals.

·        Position UST as a Strategic IT partner and identify avenues for UST to implement IT solutions.

·        Direct and manage the overall client relationship, including work quality and customer satisfaction.

·        Manage the account teams (account management and project management) to meet and exceed client expectations.

·        Contribute to new business development efforts, partnering with sales teams, to enhance and broaden existing client relationships, and to create new logos within the vertical.

  

What you need:

·        Bachelor’s Degree or relevant years of experience in place of degree

·        At least 15 years of experience in a client-facing role or account leadership role in the IT professional services or management consulting firm

·        Experience selling IT Solutions for customers across multiple sectors & verticals

·        Experience with the global service delivery model

·        Proven track record in client relationship management, business development, and sales

·        Experience managing a client P&L of at least $10 million, including reporting and metric assessment for the account

·        Exposure to new and emerging technologies – eCommerce, mobility and analytics

·        Knowledge of value articulation principles including client ROI and appropriate storyboarding techniques

·        Knowledge of Client context and client engagement guidelines including organizational sensitivities to consistently look for new solutions

·        Specialized knowledge of industry analytics and can use trends to forecast and provide inputs within the organization to come up with the right solutions

 

 

Compensation can differ depending on factors including but not limited to the specific office location, role, skill set, education, and level of experience.  As required by local law, UST provides a reasonable range of compensation for roles that may be hired in California, Colorado, New York City, or Washington as set forth below.  

Role Location: Remote/East Coast

Compensation Range:   $180,000 to $270,000
