You Are:

 

A Senior Director Client Partner-Telco who will drive strategic growth and deepen engagement within a major telecommunications client. You will focus on expanding UST’s footprint, strengthening executive relationships, and increasing the pipeline conversion rate. You bring a strong background in consultative selling to the telecommunications domain, as well as enterprise account management, with the ability to drive high-value, outcome-driven engagements.

The Opportunity:

·        Identify high-potential business units and entry strategies to counter competitive threats. ·        Identify, create, and convert innovative solutions that align with the client’s strategic priorities. ·        Drive Large-Scale Proposals by collaborating with client stakeholders, UST pre-sales, solution architects, and delivery teams to develop differentiated, high-impact proposals. ·        Leverage Existing Wins by scaling success stories and delivery excellence into new business areas. ·        Provide thought leadership and client guidance on next-gen OSS, BSS solutions, digital transformation. ·        Stay updated on industry trends, regulatory changes, and technology advancements in telecom domain.

 What you need:

·        At least 15 years of experience in client relationship management, business development and IT consulting. ·        Proven track record in expanding large accounts ($50M+ P&Ls) and driving revenue growth. ·        Proven ability to build and maintain long-term relationships at the senior executive level (CXO and CXO-1). ·        Deep understanding of Telecom Domain – OSS, BSS platforms, Solutions, business flows (e.g., Amdocs, Ericsson, or custom-built solutions). ·        Experience in Telecommunications, Cloud, and Managed Services. ·        Expertise in navigating RFPs, proactive deal structuring, and executive-level sales. 

 

Compensation can differ depending on factors including but not limited to the specific office location, role, skill set, education, and level of experience.  As required by local law, UST provides a reasonable range of compensation for roles that may be hired in California, Colorado, New York City, or Washington as set forth below.

Role Location: Bellevue, WA

Compensation Range: $185,000-$270,000

Benefits

Full-time, regular employees accrue a minimum of 10 days of paid vacation per year, receive 6 days of paid sick leave each year (pro-rated for new hires throughout the year), 10 paid holidays, and are eligible for paid bereavement leave and jury duty. They are eligible to participate in the Company’s 401(k) Retirement Plan with employer matching. They and their dependents residing in the US are eligible for medical, dental, and vision insurance, as well as the following Company-paid Employee Only benefits: basic life insurance, accidental death and disability insurance, and short- and long-term disability benefits. Regular employees may purchase additional voluntary short-term disability benefits, and participate in a Health Savings Account (HSA) as well as a Flexible Spending Account (FSA) for healthcare, dependent child care, and/or commuting expenses as allowable under IRS guidelines. Benefits offerings vary in Puerto Rico.

Part-time employees receive 6 days of paid sick leave each year (pro-rated for new hires throughout the year) and are eligible to participate in the Company’s 401(k) Retirement Plan with employer matching.

Full-time temporary employees receive 6 days of paid sick leave each year (pro-rated for new hires throughout the year) and are eligible to participate in the Company’s 401(k) program with employer matching. They and their dependents residing in the US are eligible for medical, dental, and vision insurance.

Part-time temporary employees receive 6 days of paid sick leave each year (pro-rated for new hires throughout the year).

All US employees who work in a state or locality with more generous paid sick leave benefits than specified here will receive the benefit of those sick leave laws.
