To find out more visit www.lenovo.com , and read about the latest news via ourStoryHub (https://news.lenovo.com/) . **Description and Requirements** **Your detailed responsibilities are:** + Generate new business opportunity and growth within an assigned Business Partners of Lenovo Philippines + Conduct and lead quarterly business reviews internally and externally. + Work directly with clients to set strategy, programming and budgets. + Problem solver who identify root causes and provide solutions. + Establish, maintain and coordinate service dialogue between business units. + Work with customer teams to drive growth initiatives and lasting business relationships + Monitor revenue and Sell-Thru and Sell out attainment of these Business partners + To provide BP business updates to the Consumer Business Lead for future planning + To contribute to the overall targets on Revenue, Margins and Market Share for Consumer Market + Gather competitive Data and stay up to date on the latest industry trends and market intelligence + Ensure Business Partner's key personnel are contacted regularly and updated with Lenovo's directions, plans and executions + Making sure all managed partner's representatives understand the Lenovo portfolio and are aware of the promotions and offers within each quarter + Actively support and train the managed partner sales teams and other staff on Lenovo systems and processes + Alignment across all teams within Lenovo to ensure queries and issues are dealt with quickly **Position Requirements:** + 5 years of previous experience in International Sales/ Sales Management/Marketing in the IT industry + Ability to multi-task, research, adapt, and respond to change + critical thinker with strong attention to detail. + Demonstrated problem solving skills for negotiation and collaboration. **Additional Locations** : * Philippines * Philippines
