Carollo Engineers is an internationally recognized environmental engineering firm that specializes in the planning, design, and construction of water and wastewater facilities. We are seeking a Client Service Manager to win and manage engineering work in the Tampa Bay region of Florida. In this client-facing role, you will be instrumental in building on our growth in the region and will be facilitating the planning, design, and construction of complex water and wastewater treatment and infrastructure projects. The successful candidate will have demonstrated experience in business development and marketing, management of client service relationships, preparation of pursuit plans and proposals, and team collaboration.

Responsibilities Develops significant relationships with new and existing clients and has responsibility for client maintenanceResponsible for acting independently and making sound business decisions to achieve marketing goalsLeads teams to prepare proposals, conduct interviews, and negotiate contracts with clientsInitiates and maintains extensive contacts with key engineers and officials of other organizations and companiesExceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively build relationships with clients and internal stakeholdersExcellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects and pursuits simultaneouslyInvolved in exploration of subject area, definition of scope and selection of problems for investigation, and development of novel concepts and approachesActive in professional associations, including presentation of technical papers, member of technical committee, officer of local or national organizationAssists with training and mentoring internal staffSome travel is required Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in civil, environmental, or chemical engineeringRegistration as a Professional Engineer in Florida15+ years of professional experienceDemonstrated ability to develop new business in the water industryExperience delivering water and wastewater treatment, wastewater collection systems, water transmission/distribution, pipeline rehabilitation, and/or pump station projectsAbility to communicate effectively with multiple clients and project teams Preferred Qualifications Master’s degree in civil, environmental, or chemical engineeringDesign and construction phase experience Pay Range

$160,000-$210,000
