Senior Client Solutions Analyst

Client Solutions Specialist role is based in our Warsaw office in the Client Solutions Team. Your responsibilities:
Manage portofolio of specific industry clients globally
Provide support to clients with day to day queries around Mercer products, methodology and services
Manage the process of collection, verification and interpretation of compensation and policy data from clients
Deliver custom trainings, onboardings and Mercer tools demo for clients
Cooperation with internal consultants- providing product and sales support (sales presentations, product information, contacting clients etc.)
Prepare reports, presentations and analysis of compensation & benefits data for our clients
Continue knowledge development in field of compensation and benefits
Our requirements:
3+ years experience in a comp & ben and/or customer support environment
Fluent written and spoken English (C1 minimum)
Attention to detail and problem-solving capabilities, assuming ownership of tasks and taking proactive approach to work
Proficient communication skills and ability to cooperate effectively across different levels of the organization (internally and externally)
Analytical skills and a good understanding of statistics
Proficient in MS Office (especially in Excel and PowerPoint); knowledge of advanced functions would be desirable
Knowledge of dashboard creation tools like PowerBI, Qlick would be desirable.
Availability for a full-time position (Monday-Friday, flexible 8-10 a.m. – 4-6 p.m.)
