Job Duties/Responsibilities:
This role is responsible for prospecting and selling into White Space Accounts through cold calling, setting up appointments, establishing relationships with points of contact, understanding needs of the business, executing follow-up contacts, making mobility recommendations, including FirstNet Connections and Mission Critical solutions. Create mobility proposals, respond to RFP, handle e-Rate needs and bid process, work with pricing and ICB teams to establish the most competitive quote to win the business away from the competition. Seller will meet with customers independently to drive new business. Establish and execute the acquisition strategy across multiple sellers' modules within a sales manager team. This seller with be the primary lead for white space/0 billing accounts to determine contact priority based on potential opportunity and best leverage resources, within the assigned geography, to establish appointments and/or win business. Seller will coordinate frequent strategy meetings with the Mobility CSE, Wireline CSE, and/or solution provider partners to insure full contact coverage of white space accounts across the geography.
Client Relationship and Account Management: Identify, build, and maintain long-term client relationships. Understand their needs, utilize consultative skills to close sales, ensuring satisfaction and loyalty and may deliver tailored presentations.
• Sales Strategy and Revenue Growth: Develop and implement effective sales strategies to generate new opportunities and expand/retain existing accounts, meeting, or exceeding revenue targets.
• Market and Trend Analysis: Stay informed about market trends, competitors, and industry developments to identify sales opportunities and maintain a competitive edge.
• RFP response Management: May develop and submit detailed responses to Requests for Proposals (RFPs), ensuring alignment with client needs and company capabilities.
• Customer Support and Dispute Resolution: May support resolution of customer disputes and accounts discrepancies, providing effective solutions to billing, installation, and other customer issues.
Education/Experience:
Bachelor’s degree (BS/BA) desired. 5-10 years of sales related experience. Strongly preferred in Public Sector & First NetSupervisory: NoAble to solve problems and develop strategic initiatives to grow and retain the revenue stream of assigned accounts while ensuring customer satisfaction. Proficient in product presentations/services/migrations benefiting customer needs. Proficient to Identify, Qualifies, Propose, and Close OpportunitiesBe able to gathers pertinent information from customers for design, pricing and orderingAble to develops sales forecasts and billed revenue outlook (RMT)Our earn a base salary between $66,900- $100,300 + commission with a total target compensation of $124,900 - $158,300.
