ResponsibilitiesOur team needs a Senior Client Success Advisor with a broad skill set who can help build on our success to date and propel us to the next level in the future. As a member of a rapidly growing company, you’ll have a wide range of responsibilities including everything from working closely with new franchisee prospects to helping current clients with their renewals, as well as daily service needs.
The Senior Client Success Advisor will provide superior customer service to our clients for their Property and Casualty insurance. The Senior Client Success Advisor will be a team player. As Intrepid Direct Insurance grows, it is important that all employees work together to achieve our goals.
Key functions include but are not limited to:
Become an insurance expert in Intrepid Direct’s customer risk types.Work directly with large insureds and prospects to provide initial quotes, renewal quotes, and ongoing daily service.Work with urgency to complete customer requests.Assist in training Client Success Advisors.Lead strategy implementation for large accounts for both servicing and loss control.Visit large accounts and attends conventions on an as-needed basis.Partner with Underwriting department to assist in risk selection.Provide outstanding customer service with each customer contact point. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree or equivalent industry work experience required.Property and Casualty Insurance license required.Insurance designations preferred, but not required.7+ years of insurance experience preferred.Experience in leading teams and projects.Large account experience and track record of success with process implementation.Build sustainable relationships of trust through open and interactive communication.Excellent communication (verbal/written) skills.Innovative mindset with the ability to contribute to our industry disruptor culture.Knowledge of commercial insurance and coverages, with desire to develop further knowledge.Background or familiarity with Auto Aftermarket business or ability to learn quickly.Customer Service Orientation: Takes responsibility for handling client requests and needs.Planning and Organizing: Ability to organize, multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively.This role is based in our Overland Park, KS office. It is a full-time, in-office role.
