As a Senior Client Success Manager on our team, you will be at the heart of our mission to support Enterprise clients. Your focus will be on creating and growing trusting, lasting professional relationships with key stakeholders. Be part of a team that thrives on excellence and is dedicated to delivering unparalleled success for our clients.What you'll be doing:Strengthen and grow the relationship and opportunity with each account in your portfolio (typically 5-10)Ensure renewal and growth of each account in your portfolioServe as the dedicated point of contact for your accounts and respond to all requests quickly and professionallyOversee an account coordinator or analyst who will help manage all day-to-day account deliverables, and ensure we consistently meet or exceed clients expectationsStay up to date on our product roadmap so you’re able to identify opportunities where we can help your accounts even more in the future to achieve their business objectivesStay up to date on each of your accounts’ businesses and objectives so you’re able to identify opportunities for Granify/ Bazaarvoice to help now and in the futureProvide monthly and quarterly business reviews for each of your accounts, as well as brainstorming and strategy sessions Attend and host relationship building and networking eventsLeverage the strong, trusting relationships you’ve built and the fantastic results your clients see using Granify/ Bazaarvoice to generate referrals for new businessWho you are:3+ years experience managing large recurring enterprise deals, ideally in a smaller, fast-paced companyTrack record creating and growing trusting, lasting professional relationships with key stakeholders at large enterprise clientsCharismatic and exceptional communicatorYou are naturally consultative and love to teach complex concepts in a simple wayYou love brainstorming, creative thinking and are an excellent problem solverProject management comes easy to you and you have the ability to prioritize and maintain focusYou are energetic, positive, and have a solutions-first approachYou are unafraid of taking on new responsibilitiesYou are self-directed, hard-working, and passionate about what you do You have a take control and get things done mindset, and activity that reflects such$80,000 - $110,000 a yearTransparency & Integrity Builds TrustAt Bazaarvoice, we carefully consider multiple factors when determining compensation, including your background and experience. We also take geography into consideration when we can but are not able to accommodate every location when determining our ranges. These considerations mean that compensation can vary. That said, we expect the base salary for this position to be in the range to be as listed above and will depend on your skills, qualifications, and experience.
