Provides clinical support management, as a subject matter expert, of incoming customer support requests regarding company products.

Senior Clinical Sales Liaison – (Cardiovascular Care)

Position Overview

This position will focus on increasing awareness and knowledge within our commercial teams as well as with external customers regarding our Cardiovascular Care solutions.  This position will report into the MSC organization with dotted line to the DI and AT Zone Business Leads, playing an integral part within the various business lines.

Responsibilities

Increase Awareness and Knowledge Transfer: The incumbent will create and implement a learning plan for the commercial sales teams regarding Siemens Healthineers offerings related to the specific Clinical Growth Vector for which they are assigned.   This will include the creation of content specific presentations and the skills required to perform successful presentations to external health care providers and leaders. 

Engages in Cross-BA Account/KOL Expansion:  The role will ensure all business areas that are pertinent to the specific Clinical Growth Vector(CGV) are properly represented in our presentations and that such presentations demonstrate the power of SHS solutions.  This person will work very closely with each Business Line team to ensure there is alignment in the pursuit of account/KOL expansion, developing ways to also increase collaboration in top accounts

Represents SHS solutions at Industry events:  The Senior Clinical Sales Liaison will support the SHS BA/BLs at industry events and trade shows in order to not only represent our solutions but to also use these events as an opportunity to learn and network with customers to gain insights into future trends in the industry

Through the successful execution of these responsibilities, the incumbent will increase SHS share-of-wallet at top institutions and increase knowledge in the industry about SHS complete solution offerings in the targeted disease areas,

Required Knowledge/Skills, Education, and Experience

1. Strong Communication skills and leadership skills, with experience in C-Level interactions

2. Requires strong clinical and technical knowledge, including SHS products

3. Strong Presentation skills with the ability to educate and collaborate with commercial team members

4. Work effectively as a team, motivating colleagues and team members to produce the best results

5. Previous customer facing experience, preferably in a sales role

6. Display high level of critical thinking in bringing successful resolution to high-impact, complex, and/or cross functional problems

7. Results oriented to ensure achievement of the targeted profit, customer satisfaction and market share goals

8. Knowledge of the organization and how to effectively motivate and push in the right direction

9. Have impact to implement necessary changes with all internal and external partners involved

10. Skills to guide the team towards a high performance culture

11. 7 years of Healthcare experience in the field of customer relationship or business management.

12. Bachelor’s degree.

13. Required travel: 60%

Preferred Knowledge/Skills, Education, and Experience

1. 10 years of Healthcare experience in the field of customer relationship or business management.

2. Master’s degree.

Job Location: Malvern preferred.
