Clinical Trial Manager – CTM

You will serve as the clinical trial lead responsible for the planning, conduct, and oversight of the operational portion of clinical studies per defined scope of work to ensure clinical studies are conducted in accordance with the protocol, standard operating procedures (SOPs), ICH-GCP, and all applicable regulatory requirements.

About You:  You have a minimum of 5 years clinical research experience with significant clinical monitoring experience in radiopharmaceuticals and/or radiolabeling. You are knowledgeable about ICH-GCP, regulatory guidance and can implement working knowledge of clinical management techniques and tools. You are a leader with experience in functional management who excels at delegating while fostering cohesive team dynamics. You are results oriented, have a high level of integrity, and the ability to create an environment where employees have a sense of ownership that will lead to increases in productivity and efficiency. About the Role:

As the primary contact for clients, you will develop study related clinical documents (e.g. clinical plans, Informed Consent Form templates, study specific forms and manuals, CRF completion guidelines, study trackers, PSV/SIV slides and other training materials) and maintain good working relationships with investigators and the study team to ensure effective and timely feasibility, site start up, enrollment, maintenance, and close out procedures. As the CTM, you are responsible for generating potential site lists from key stakeholders, driving site feasibility process, and identifying potential risks to the enrollment targets based on feasibility analysis and site’s contracted commitment. As the leader of your team, you will lead internal team meetings and set team expectations with CRAs and CTAs, inspiring excellence and insisting the highest standards from a professional and ethical perspective.

Required: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education/experience in science or health-related field. This compensation range takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to: skill sets, experience and training, licensure and certifications, and other business and organizational needs. The disclosed range estimate has not been adjusted for the applicable geographic differential associated with the location at which the position may be filled. At Precision, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case.  This role is also eligible for a discretionary annual bonus, health insurance, retirement savings benefits, life insurance and disability benefits, parental leave, and paid time off for sick leave and vacation, among other benefits.Reasonable estimate of the current range$113,900—$170,880 USD
