We are looking for a Senior Cloud Developer for our Software Engineering & Advance Technology department based in Gothenburg, Sweden. The assignment is to strengthen one of our cloud development teams called OaaS (Optimization as a Service).

As a Cloud Developer, you will collaborate with various teams including Software Development, Support, Sales, and Customer Solutions, to define our cutting-edge SaaS product. Your responsibilities will include developing services supporting our Planning solution, evolving the deployment infrastructure and security, building tools and applications to enhance customer interaction, and supporting the transition to a cloud-based infrastructure.

Team responsibilities:

Development and maintenance of service deployments in AWS

Development, maintenance and monitoring of Kubernetes clusters in AWS

Creation and maintenance of docker images

Development and maintenance of helm charts

Development and maintenance of GitLab CI/CD pipelines

Definition and development of the OaaS architecture

Assuring security requirements are met

Assisting customer support/providing second line support

Required Qualifications:

Strong experience in backend development and microservices architecture

Working knowledge of cloud platforms, particularly AWS (EKS, ECR, S3, etc.)

Understanding of containerization and Kubernetes (including Helm)

Python, Linux, Bash

A degree in Computer Science or equivalent job experience

Preferred Qualifications:

Strong development experience in Python

Knowledge of observability practices and tools (metrics, logging, tracing), especially the OTel framework

Strong experience with Kubernetes, ArgoCD, GitLab pipelines

Experience with architectural design of cloud-native services

Knowledge of Terraform             

Security (Threat modelling, SDL, Vulnerability scanning, ASVS, SAST, DAST, etc)
