Financial Services Crime and Compliance Management is an evolving product engineering team within Oracle FSGBU (Financial Services Global Business Unit) with a suite of industry leading products. FCCM is designed to provide end-to-end anti-money laundering solutions to customers for the financial crime and compliance management market and is built to deal with a large volume of plans and members. The services also include a flexible configuration rules engine that is designed to accommodate regulatory and legislative changes that affect the financial crime and compliance management industry. These products are built on a unified data architecture leveraging a combination of Oracle’s latest technology offering together with best-in-class open-source technologies. This requires a focus on high performance computing for analytical workloads including the use of embedded artificial intelligence (AI)/ machine learning (ML) capability

Responsibilities:

We are looking for SaaSOps Engineers to manage the Cloud Services. Responsibilities include:

Setting up application deployment (Installation, Configuration, Integration with other components) on Cloud environment based on underlying Application Architecture Responsible for monitoring, maintaining & supporting the Customer environments. Work on the Backup/Restore & Disaster Recovery. Awareness of critical concepts in DevOps and Agile principles with Familiarity with deployment automation tools.  Support and solving of staging/production environments. Creation/deployment of new environments, systems, projects, etc Awareness of principles and hands-on experience on CI/CD and tools like GIT, Jenkins is important Incidence management and root cause analysis Ability to work any of the three shifts during 24*7 (Including Night Shift) to meet the business need and it is required to support production systems.

Required Skills:

BS/MS in Engineering/Computer Science or equivalent.  Total 6+ years of experience in IT Operations & Application Support Experience managing fault tolerant web platforms with 99.99+ availability in public cloud providers such as OCI, AWS, GCP, Azure Possess strong technical skills in the automation, fixing, problem solving in the Windows, Linux server environments to support applications.  Strong understanding of DevOps practices and Object-Oriented Design principles Strong knowledge of system configuration tools such as Chef, Terraform, GIT, Jenkins/Hudson. Ability to handle multiple tasks in parallel, proactive, self-motivated, diligent and organized. Oracle Tech Stack, e.g. Java, WebLogic, Oracle DB knowledge Continuous Integration development/deployment, e.g. Docker, Kubernetes Large scale web applications Big data applications: Hadoop,  Kafka Networking: DNS, IP Tables, Firewall
