Role Overview:
We are going through and exciting period of change and are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Cloud Engineer to join our DevOps Engineering Team. You will work as part of our exciting greenfield tech hub covering all facets of technology within Kingfisher. You will be responsible for the delivery of continuous quality software using DevOps practices and principles focused on an Infrastructure delivery model. You will be expected to be actively pairing to share knowledge, make key decisions, whilst enabling the delivery team's progress around all aspects from individual growth, service improvements and future strategies.

Drive automation in all technical areasSupporting the Design and delivery of pipelines and paths to productionWorking closely with the Tech Lead, Product Owner and scrum masters to create, deliver and support the platform in line with our infrastructure strategyReviewing automation in technical areas and recommend improvementsDeploy, plan and maintain IAAS, PAAS & tooling capabilitiesCreation and ongoing ownership of the platform common standards and practices What you'll bringRequired Skills & Experience
A strong background and working knowledge of DevOps practices and key technologiesStrong knowledge of AWS and GCPAny experience with Infrastructure as Code such as Terraform or Cloud FormationA strong technical background in build and release environments, with experience of CI tools such as Gitlab or JenkinsA good understanding and any experience of monitoring tools like DataDog or DynatraceHave strong problem-solving skills to help the teams when decisions are needed
