Job Summary:
We are seeking a Senior CloudOps Engineer with expertise in cloud infrastructure, container orchestration, and automation to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on experience with AWS, Terraform, Kubernetes, and related technologies. This role is critical in ensuring the stability, scalability, and security of our cloud-based platforms while driving innovation and efficiency.
Responsibilities:
• Cloud Infrastructure Management: Design, deploy, monitor, and manage scalable, secure, and highly available cloud infrastructure using AWS services such as S3, EC2, ECS/EKS, Lambda, and DynamoDB.
• Infrastructure as Code (IaC): Develop and maintain automated infrastructure deployment processes using Terraform and Helm charts.
• Container Orchestration: Manage and optimize containerized applications using Kubernetes and Docker.
• CI/CD Pipeline Development: Build, maintain, and optimize CI/CD pipelines to ensure smooth deployments and fast delivery cycles.
• Database Management: Administer, tune, and optimize SQL and NoSQL databases, including PostgreSQL, MySQL, Elasticsearch, Redis, and DynamoDB.
• Security and Identity Management: Implement and manage authentication/authorization systems using tools like Keycloak.
• Monitoring and Troubleshooting: Set up monitoring systems to detect and resolve infrastructure issues proactively.
• Unix/Linux Proficiency: Perform system administration tasks and scripting in Unix/Linux environments.
• Version Control: Use GitLab/GitHub for source code management and version control.
• Automation: Streamline workflows and processes by implementing automation solutions to enhance operational efficiency.
Requirements:
• Must Have Experience:
o 5+ years of hands-on experience with Amazon Web Services (AWS), including services like S3, EC2, ECS/EKS, Lambda, and DynamoDB.
o 5+ years of experience with Terraform and Helm charts for Infrastructure as Code.
o 5+ years of experience managing containerized applications with Kubernetes.
• Database Technologies: Strong experience with both SQL (PostgreSQL, MySQL) and NoSQL (Elasticsearch, Redis, DynamoDB) databases.
• Key Skills:
o Expertise with Docker for containerization.
o Advanced Unix/Linux command-line and scripting skills.
o Experience developing and maintaining CI/CD pipelines.
o Proficiency with source code management tools like GitLab and GitHub.
• Nice to have:
o Familiarity with Keycloak or similar identity management tools.
o Experience troubleshooting and optimizing distributed systems.
• Soft Skills:
o Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
o Strong communication and collaboration abilities to work in cross-functional teams.
