Purpose/Overview:
The Senior Cluster Activity Officer ensures the smooth execution of the activity pipeline, aligning with the regional business strategy, using project management processes. Acting as the deputy to the Cluster Activity Manager, they support the QuEST process, including feeder meetings and DMR preparation, and collaborate with MS&D and demand functions for strategic decision-making. They also drive continuous improvement initiatives within the cluster.
What are we looking for?
Several years of business experience in Brand Management, Innovation, Supply Chain, or Finance, focusing on project/process management, demand/supply chain, project management, or process management.
Strong organizational skills with a structured approach to work.
Higher education or equivalent experience.
Proven ability to manage stakeholders at all levels to meet business objectives.
Highly proactive and responsible.
Excellent communication skills.
Fluent in written and spoken English.
Proficient in MS 365 tools; Microsoft Project knowledge is a plus.
What will be your key responsibilities?
Project Management:
Lead and ensure excellence in cluster activities, adhering to QuEST, PPM, FIT, and portfolio simplicity principles.
Manage cluster activity pipeline and ensure on-time market execution, warehouse delivery, and project synergies.
Coordinate with local, cluster, and regional teams to execute deployment plans effectively.
Monitor and deliver Best-in-Class (BIC) execution KPIs and lead post-project reviews to share insights.
DMR Meeting Support:
Support Cluster Activity Manager in preparing for DMR meetings by managing inputs, outputs, and KPIs.
Provide feasibility insights, manage risks, and ensure successful submissions in line with S&OP+ processes.
Portfolio Optimization:
Identify and address non-value-adding complexities in cluster portfolio deployment.
Recommend and flag risks/opportunities for synergies across cluster activities to feeder meetings and S&OP+ forums.
Continuous Improvement:
Serve as an expert on activity processes, tools, and standards, driving improvement initiatives across the cluster.
Manage training materials and foster a culture of learning and knowledge sharing within activity teams.
