Performs somewhat complex to complex configuration and data management assignments, requiring use of applied concepts, principles, theories, practices, and techniques.

Principal Duties and Responsibilities (*Essential functions)

Reviews, analyzes, and updates change request packages and/or documentation for technical content, completeness, proper authorizations, and adherence to specific requirements, policies and theories Supports the establishment of baselines on hardware and software systems Assists in the authorization release of drawings, changes, and documentation Records, tracks, and maintains status of documents and action items using JIRA CM tool Develop and generate reports as needed Develop and support team building efforts Analyzes current CM processes and procedures and updates Standard Operating Procedures May develop and prepare specific requirements, standards, plans, and procedures May provide technical advice and guidance on methods, procedures, and requirements May participate in special studies and projects May provide leadership to lower level employees
