We are seeking an experienced and innovative Senior Collaboration and Employee Experience Architect to lead our employee experience initiatives and manage key digital workplace tools. This role offers an exciting opportunity to shape the future of our organization's internal communications, work processes, and collaboration landscape.

What You Can Expect

Lead and implement employee experience initiatives across the organization

Manage and optimize our corporate intranet platform

Develop and maintain our AI-powered internal chatbot

Oversee the integration of collaboration tools and platforms

Analyze user data and feedback to continually improve digital workplace solutions

Stay current with emerging technologies and industry trends

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align technology solutions with business needs

Be flexible and ready to take on new challenges as they arise

What We're Looking For

Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or related field

7+ years of experience in IT, with a focus on collaboration tools and employee experience

Strong knowledge of intranet platforms, collaboration tools, content management systems, and AI chatbot technologies

Experience with user experience (UX) design principles and best practices

Experience in change management

Excellent project management and leadership skills

Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities

Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills

Adaptability and willingness to learn new technologies

Prior experience as Business Analyst is a plus

Expected Base Pay Range (USD)

125,220 - 187,600, $ per annum

The successful candidate’s starting base pay will be determined based on job-related skills, experience, qualifications, work location and market conditions. The expected base pay range for this role may be modified based on market conditions.

This role is eligible for our hybrid work model in which you will be able to split time between working from home and on-site in a Marvell office.
