Senior Collaboration Engineer

Position Summary

CVS Health has a robust collaboration strategy focused on enhancing the end-user experience. Utilizing cloud-based tools like M365 and Slack, along with top-tier video conferencing solutions such as Microsoft Teams, Webex, and Zoom, the Collaboration Engineer plays a key role in the continuous adoption and improvement of these platforms. This includes governance, process control, conditional access policies, application integration, vendor partnerships, and monitoring and reporting capabilities.

This position will partner with internal and external stakeholders to design, build, implement, and support secure collaboration solutions. This role involves system and solution engineering, including integrations and workflow enhancements, to provide a superior customer experience across all lines of the PBM, Specialty, Retail, and HealthCare businesses. The engineer also serves as a subject matter expert in internal Q&A communities and provides Tier 3 support for complex issues. Additionally, the engineer leads or contributes to projects and enhancements, engineers solutions to increase productivity and reduce human error, and continuously improves platform security and usability through participation in technology roadmaps and user persona standards. The role also involves maintaining the health, extensibility, and performance of the collaboration suite, including Slack Enterprise Grid and Microsoft Teams for the Enterprise.

Required Qualifications:

5+ years of MS Teams experience1+ year of Slack experienceExperience in a customer-facing role

Preferred Qualifications:

Knowledge of enterprise solutions including Azure Active Directory/LDAP, SSO (SiteMinder), Monitoring Tools (Splunk, Chronicle, Exoprise), ServiceNow, and DLP toolsetsExperience with cloud systems and applications such as Azure, M365, Webex, Slack, Power Platform, Slack Workflow Builder, PowerShell scripting, and related technologiesAbility to present to both technical and non-technical audiencesExperience supporting cross-functional initiatives and communicating effectively with business partners, project team members, and stakeholdersPrevious healthcare experience and domain knowledgeExperience working with data and analytics in the healthcare/retail industry

Education:

Bachelor’s degree, or equivalent experience (HS diploma + 4 years relevant experience)

Pay Range

The typical pay range for this role is:

$101,970.00 - $203,940.00

This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls.  The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors.  This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above.
