You Are:

UST is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Collaboration Engineer to join our dynamic IT team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Microsoft collaboration tools, including SharePoint, Teams, OneDrive, and Power Platform. This role will be responsible for designing, implementing, and managing collaboration solutions that enhance productivity and communication across the organization.

 

The opportunity:

·       Design and Implementation: Lead the design, implementation, and maintenance of SharePoint, Teams, OneDrive, and Power Platform solutions to meet business needs.

·       Collaboration Solutions: Develop and deploy collaboration solutions that improve team communication, document management, and workflow automation.

·       Integration: Integrate Microsoft collaboration tools with other enterprise systems to ensure seamless data flow and user experience.

·       User Support: Provide advanced support and troubleshooting for collaboration tools, ensuring high availability and performance.

·       Training and Documentation: Provide ad-hoc training and create documentation to educate users on best practices and new features.

·       Security and Compliance: Ensure collaboration solutions comply with organizational security policies and industry regulations.

·       Innovation: Stay current with industry trends and emerging technologies to recommend and implement innovative solutions.

 

 

This position description identifies the responsibilities and tasks typically associated with the performance of the position. Other relevant essential functions may be required.

 

What you need:

·       Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in designing and managing Microsoft collaboration tools.

·       Technical Skills:

·       Expertise in SharePoint Online and SharePoint Server.

·       Proficiency in Microsoft Teams, OneDrive for Business, and Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power Platform Admin).

·       Strong understanding of Microsoft 365 ecosystem and integration capabilities.

·       Experience with scripting and automation using PowerShell.

·       Soft Skills:

·       Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.

·       Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

·       Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

·       Project management skills with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.

·       Preferred Qualifications:

·       Microsoft certifications such as MS-600, MS-700, or MS-100.

·       Experience with Azure services and integration.

·       Knowledge of governance and compliance in Microsoft 365

 

 

Benefits
