Senior Collections Analyst

Job Overview: 

As a member of the Finance Operations team, this position is responsible for facilitating company cash collections from our Accounts Receivable aging and customer base, within the Order Management Team. This position reports directly to the Senior Manager of Order Management.

We are seeking someone located in the Pacific, Mountain or Central time zone.

Responsibilities:

Manage accounts receivable aging detail and designated account portfolio from setup to cash collections Mitigate delinquent customer scenarios when possible while maintaining customer satisfaction Ensure compliance with corporate accounts receivables policies, procedures, and control Develop collections team communication structure for maintaining communication points with detail in regards to payment, receipt of PO, invoice submission, delays/timing, etc. Maintain internal escalation levels with delinquent accounts by  Manage a variety of customer account types with multiple product lines, business units Forecast cash collections in accordance with our fiscal year (QTD, MTD, weekly, etc.) Review service orders contracts for accurate invoicing, payment terms and timing Assist AR team with creating and sending invoices to customers Ability to communicate to all levels of staff from ELT to IC Work cohesively within the Order Management team to resolve billing disputes and credit note requests Complete customer onboarding and banking forms, maintaining customer records Participate in month-end and quarter-end close activities; bad-debt, write-off, etc.

Minimum Requirements:

3+ years of relevant Collections, Billing, Order Management or Accounts receivable experience preferably in software/high-tech companies Exceptional organizational skills, with proven ability to lead, prioritize multiple tasks, and ensure the team meets all deadlines Expertise in Excel (including v-lookups, pivot tables), Word, and G-Suite Prior experience with ERP tools and systems (Salesforce and NetSuite a plus) Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, provide direction, work independently, and guide a team under pressure Time management skills, analytical skills, and attention to detail are essential. Excellent written and verbal communication skills – the ability to compose effective and accurate correspondence cross-functionally with various internal stakeholders and external customers.

 

This is a United States-based, remote position; however, at this time we are not able to consider candidates living in the following states: Alaska, Arkansas, Delaware, Hawaii, Idaho, Iowa, Kentucky, Nevada, North Dakota, South Dakota, Tennessee, Vermont, West Virginia and Wyoming.

The base salary range for this role is $60K-$67K base with a 15% Bonus. Any offered salary is determined based on internal equity, internal salary ranges, market data/ranges, applicant’s skills and prior relevant experience, certain degrees and certifications.
