Position Summary:
The Legal Team is searching for a Senior Contracts Manager to join the Commercial Transactions team at Perforce. We are looking for an individual who thrives in a fast-paced work environment, is very detail-oriented, has strong problem-solving skills, and has the ability to work independently while managing multiple priorities and deadlines.
The individual in this role will be responsible for drafting, redlining, and negotiating of complex commercial agreements and commercial arrangements between Perforce and its customers and partners, including efficiently identifying and making edits during the legal redline review, and helping ensure internal and external follow-up to expedite the implementation of final agreements. We are looking for a candidate who operates in accordance with the highest standards of judgment, integrity, and ethical leadership to find solutions that best serve our customers and partners, while prudently managing risks and contributing to Perforce’s enterprise success.
The position will work closely with cross-functional teams, including Sales, Customer Success, Customer Support, Professional Services, Marketing, Information Security, Finance, Revenue Operations, and other functions as required to negotiate and manage contracts and ensure compliance with contractual obligations. The individual in this role will also be responsible for identifying commercial risks and opportunities, and for supporting business development initiatives. The position reports to the General Counsel. $70,050 - $116,300 a yearThis position will be eligible for the Annual Incentive Compensation Plan. Additionally, this position is eligible for benefits including, but not limited to, medical, dental, vision, retirement benefits, life insurance, wellness programs, total time off, and other employee perks that may be offered by Perforce from time to time.
