As administrative support, you will support our commercial leadership teams by managing tasks, coordinating projects, and maintaining accurate records. Your expertise will help us streamline processes, enhance productivity, and contribute to the overall success of our commercial efforts. What You Will Contribute Provide comprehensive administrative support to the commercial leadership team, including scheduling meetings, managing correspondence, and preparing reportsIndependently manage complex calendar & travel schedules (domestic and international) for the commercial leadership teamOrganize and submit expense reports in compliance with company policiesCoordinate with other administrative professionals in the company to improve overall efficiencyCompile department budgets into a global commercial budget.  Facilitate the budget process administratively with FP&A and commercial departments and regions.  Work with FP&A monthly and quarterly to understand and communicate budget variances and with re-forecasting.Oversee the preparation, organization, and maintenance of commercial documentation, including contracts and agreementsAssist with business financial transactions, including purchase requests and invoice approvals Assist in the coordination of commercial projects, ensuring that timelines are met and deliverables are high quality Assist in the planning and execution of commercial events including regular monthly and ongoing team meetingsWork closely with other departments, including HR, finance, legal, and R&D, to support cross-functional initiatives and ensure alignment with commercial objectivesWhat We SeekBachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Life Sciences, or a related field. Relevant certifications or coursework in biotechnology or commercial administration is a plus Minimum of 10 years of experience in a commercial or administrative role within the biotechnology or pharmaceutical industry Strong organizational and multitasking abilities Excellent written and verbal communication skills Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) Attention to detail and high level of accuracy Ability to work independently and as part of a team Proactive and resourceful with a problem-solving mindsetStrong interpersonal skills with the ability to build and maintain relationshipsAdaptability and willingness to take on new challenges in a fast-paced environmentWhat We Will Provide To You The base salary range for this role is $127,000 to $140,400. The final compensation will be commensurate with such factors as relevant experience, skillset, internal equity and market factors. Avidity offers competitive compensation and benefits which includes the opportunity for annual and spot bonuses, stock options and RSUs, as well as a 401(k) with an employer match.
