Responsibilities include: * Risk Evaluation: Perform comprehensive quantitative and qualitative analyses to assess new and renewal accounts, ensuring sound underwriting decisions * Business Management: Oversee a portfolio of accounts, driving premium growth, retention, and profitability while adhering to company underwriting guidelines * Sales & Agent Collaboration: Partner with the Sales and Distribution team to cultivate strong agent relationships and expand market opportunities; Conduct in-person sales meetings and stewardship visits to develop pipelines and secure additional business * Agency Relationships: Foster trust and collaboration with agency partners to align on growth strategies and achieve mutual objectives * Account Coordination: Collaborate with claims, safety, and premium audit teams to provide tailored services for large and complex accounts * Brand Building: Act as a key representative of our company, strengthening the brand through exceptional service and relationship-building efforts
