Your Role & Team in a Nutshell
As the Senior Commercial Finance Manager for the France-Benelux cluster, you’ll take charge of a critical commercial finance role, directly partnering with the Cluster VP/GM and a regional leadership team to optimize a circa $300M P&L. Leading a team of seven, you’ll bring commercial finance expertise and drive impactful decisions across pricing, promotions, and portfolio optimization.
Your Key Tasks as Senior Commercial Finance Manager
Strategic Business Partnering: Collaborate with Cluster VP/GM to drive P&L ownership, accountability, and strategic goals. Commercial Decision Support: Oversee RGM, pricing, promotions, and portfolio recommendations to enhance market presence. Marketing Spend Optimization: Evaluate ROI on cluster marketing investments, ensuring impactful, data-driven spend. Financial Planning: Lead the cluster’s budget and forecast processes, embedding key assumptions to enhance P&L targets. Performance Reporting: Own monthly performance reviews, using BI tools to provide insights on customer, brand, and portfolio metrics. Leadership & Development: Shape a high-performing team, fostering continuous improvement in finance capabilities and business acumen. Change Management: Sponsor process improvements and capability-enhancement initiatives to keep our competitive edge.What You’ll Need
Minimum:
University degree in Business, Economics, or Finance Significant experience in Commercial Finance and/or FP&A, ideally within consumer goods Strong P&L management expertise and experience with Sales & Marketing partnerships Advanced Excel and BI tool proficiency; fluent English Leadership experience with a record of driving top-line growth and profitabilityYour Advantage:
