THE ROLEThis is a dynamic role managing two critical levers to drive supply growth from our network of boutique curators: vendor funding and our commission model. Your mission is to create and run mechanisms to unlock the best available supply from our boutiques. You will work independently to understand the needs of our boutiques, ideate solutions and bring them to life. You will oversee a multi-million dollar budget and lead the relationship with our funding partners who help to run our  WHAT YOU'LL DO Vendor Funding- Oversee the strategy and operations of our scaled vendor funding programme, including partner engagement, onboarding, communications and operations for all of our funding productionsManage the relationship with our third party funding partner, negotiating favourable terms for FARFETCHCommission Model- Lead a re-evaluation of our commission-based commercial model, recommending specific adjustments for our largest partners, as well as more fundamental changes we could make to better align with our partners ways of workingDevelop commercial incentives (rebates) that encourage our partners to provide FARFETCH with their most attractive inventory, while delivering an ROI on the spend  Manage a multi-million dollar budget, working closely with Commercial Finance to forecast, track and measure the ROI of spendWork with the Finance team to ensure our processes and reporting support the current and future needs of our commercial incentive programmeTeam Development- Manage a team of Analysts/Senior Analysts, creating clear accountability and growth plansWHO YOU AREExperience driving supply side growth within a marketplace contextStrong understanding of the economics and P&L structure of a marketplace businessExperience managing commercial and/or analytics teams Strong data analysis skills, including development of commercial models in Excel and data extraction using SQL Exceptional problem structuring and presentation skillsTeam management experienceEQUAL OPPORTUNITIES STATEMENTFARFETCH is an equal opportunities employer ensuring that all applicants are treated equally and fairly throughout our recruitment process.
