As a Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for developing new clients in Saudi markets and will play a significant role in the firm’s growth and bottom-line results. Additionally, you will be building business relationships with senior human capital leaders and C-level executives in some of the largest and most recognized companies in the region.

As a Business Development Manager to participate in the preparation, presentation, and negotiation of client proposals/RPP and solutions. Furthermore, you will deliver impactful presentations that demonstrate value and ROI.
Expert at positioning solution which in most cases are first-of-its-kind in organizationsExceed revenue goals by closing new client accounts in the defined territoryCreate compelling proposals and RFPs that demonstrate value and get the right message acrossProactively initiating and engaging in BD calls and meetings to target prospects, managing the full business development cycleWhat you need to have:

Bachelor’s degree in any relevant fieldExcellent communication (oral and written) and presentation skillsMinimum 1 – 2 years of experience in Commercial rolesProven experience in understanding targets.Proficiency in English and Arabic Language is a must.What makes you stand out?
