Position Overview:
Our Sales Operations Team plays a crucial role in driving our business forward, and we are seeking a talented Senior Commercial Operations Analyst to support their efforts. The ideal candidate is process and detail-oriented, analytical, and eager to learn. As a Business Operations Analyst, you will be responsible for providing analytical insights and operational support to our sales team. You will analyze sales data, track performance metrics, and identify trends to help improve sales effectiveness and efficiency. Your role will involve collaborating with cross-functional teams to streamline processes, implement best practices, and drive revenue growth. Additionally, you will be responsible for generating reports, conducting sales forecasting, and assisting with sales planning and strategy.
About Center of Excellence:
Centers of Excellence (COE) are teams whose primary goal is to provide expertise in a specific field. COEs will usually provide support through training, research, and skilled leaders. In the case of HealthEdge, our Centers of Excellence incorporate the Human Resources, IT, Legal and Financial fields, all of which provide support to our Product divisions and allows the enterprise to move forward and achieve its goals.
Your Impact:
Analyze sales data and performance metrics to identify actionable insights on trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement. Develop and implement sales dashboards, reports, and sales forecasting models and tools to support sales planning and track sales performance and effectiveness. Plan, deliver, and manage commercial projects and programs, such as sales campaigns, OKR deliverables, and other strategic initiatives.Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, finance, and operations, to optimize processes and workflows. Conduct complex ad-hoc analyses and provide actionable recommendations to drive sales growth and profitability. Monitor and report on sales performance, conversion rates, and sales cycle metrics. Provide training and support to sales team members on sales tools, processes, and systems. Facilitate a cross-functional team of technical and business SMEs to identify and refine business requirements and translate them to business informatics solutionsStay up-to-date on industry trends, best practices, and technologies related to sales operations.
What You Bring:
5+ years experience in a sales reporting, analytics, or similar role, preferably in a high-growth technology, consulting, investment banking, or software industryStrong analytical and quantitative skills, with the ability to navigate ambiguity and distill data into clear insights Expertise with Microsoft Excel including advanced featuresExperience with Salesforce or similar Experience with Tableau and/ or Power BI Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teamsAbility to work independently, prioritize tasks, and manage multiple projects simultaneouslyExperience working within the Healthcare industry a plus Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or related field
Geographic Responsibility: This is a hybrid role with in office ~1-2x/week preferred (Burlington and/or Boston)
