ICF Next is looking for a Senior Communication Manager to join the Client Relations Department. S/he will manage the development and implementation of large EU 360° communication campaigns, projects and services. S/he will ensure good co-operation with the client, team members, experts teams and partners. S/he will orchestrate the campaign strategic preparations, production and roll-out, ensuring it reaches the goals of our clients.

Responsibilities: 

Leading the development of communication services that will help our clients reach their goals.Ensuring implementation of communication projects in line with client’s expectations, KPIs and timeline  Ensuring excellence by developing together with the expert teams high quality communication servicesEnsuring the correct financial management of the Campaigns and projects – regular reportings  Encouraging team spirit, promoting professionalism and positive attitude Supervising and coaching the Campaign and Project team by providing regular feedback, guidance, and support. 

Competencies / Skills Knowledge and experience in communication sectorPassion for delivery of impactful and qualitative communication activitiesExcellent managerial skills and team oriented focus Self-motivated and self-directed and ability to work on own initiative, “can do” attitude. Strong problem solving, analytical, organisational and planning skills Flexible with a great sense of responsibility and adaptabilityCollaborate effectively across multiple teams and stakeholders to achieve goals.Min. 5 years in Project management/ Account management background  Fluent English (written and verbal)  Excellent verbal, interpersonal, and written communication skills
