Senior Communications Specialist
Develop and implement effective communication strategies on reputation communications of Roche’s purpose, history and values
Enhance, communicate about Roche brand via internal and external communications, public relations, employee engagements
Create and write content about company’s activities
Working closely with internal and external stakeholders, deeply understand business needs for effective communication and implementation (including but not limited to media interviews, disease awareness campaigns, patients engagement activities)
Measure and assess impact communication initiatives
Manage regulatory submission and approval in cooperation with local and global teams to ensure our products are listed in a timely manner and business objectives
Submit technical documentation to the Department of Health for new/change listing application of medical devices
Maintain Regulatory Affairs database and provide local and global RA teams with real-time information required to maintain key metrics
Create and enhance public affairs strategy that meets local regulatory requirements and market dynamics
Qualification and Experience:
University degree and above in Journalism/Communications/Public Relations related
Knowledge of healthcare industry is preferred
3-5 years of related working experience

Excellent English and Chinese writing & verbal communications skills;
Media and agency experience is a strong plus
