YOUR ROLE Build one-on-one relationship with community via authentic communication and engagement on Instagram and Facebook, and Tiktok via liking, commenting, quickly answering questions, direct messages etc. for beauty brand, Schwarzkopf® for North America Connect with engaged followers and go deep by going through profile and for personalized product recommendations; Proactively engage in further conversation and get to know followers and turn them into brand advocates Follows and comments on tagged posts by communities, especially of Brand Influencers; For Critical topics, takes the lead in consumer service, and handles issues management Steer processes and information flow with countries and brand teams regarding product portfolio and availabilities, create monthly Community Management KPI reports and derive community insights that can lead to relevant rationales for product development; coordinates with the digital brand manager team for project implementations as well communication strategies
YOUR SKILLS Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Advertising, Public Relations or related field Minimum of three (3) years related experience in an online community engagement managing social media platforms interactions Has in-depth understanding, and experience working on key social media platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, Tiktok and social media management/publishing tools like Sprinklr Excellent verbal and written English communication skills, and can adapt to brand tonalities Team player who has knowledge of agility as well as of main principles of successful online communities, and understanding of organizational framework Amenable to work on a night shift schedule (10:00 PM to 7:00 AM)
