JR72018 Senior Comp & Ben AnalystAs Senior Compensation and Benefits Analyst at MSTI Gujarat, India, you will be responsible for Micron’s compensation and benefits programs with primary focus on MSTI Gujarat. You will work under the direction of the Director, Total Rewards India & EMEA. You will also be responsible for supporting continuous improvement of compensation and benefits program and assist in the evaluation of the effectiveness of the programs. You will help to evaluate Microns reward competitiveness and alignment to the company’s business strategy and culture. You will partner, collaborate and consult with key customers and HR stakeholders globally.
Responsibilities And Tasks
Conduct Job Analysis and Maintain Job Inventories
Interview manager or business partner to identify job descriptionDetermine best match by researching against current job library and other third party survey benchmark jobsIdentify justification if a new job is needed (business, geographic, regulatory, population size)Determine recommended actions and propose to managerCreate new job and update all reference materialEstablish and Maintain Pay Ranges
Submit and collect data through third party market surveysEvaluate job matches to market for validity and analyze dataMake recommendations for change to ranges based on comp philosophy and strategyConsult with leaders and business partner to validate rangesPerform continued evaluationEnsure Regulatory Compliance
Establish and maintain personal understanding of regulationsConsult with internal and external experts to verify understanding and determine application of compliance regulationIdentify liabilities and recommend and implement solutionsImplement and maintain on-going compliance processes where applicableAttend and manage internal and external audits as the case may beConsult, Educate and Manage Relationships with Customers

Participate on project teams as a representative of the compensation and benefits service and act as a subject matter expert to provide counsel, advice and supportManage Total Compensation Programs

6 - 8 years of experience in Compensation & Benefits function in reputed tech companiesGraduation with Commerce/statistics as core subject or MBA HR from reputed collegesExpert / proficient in using Microsoft Excel and knowledge in using Microsoft office Applications ie: Word, Outlook, power pointAbility to analyze data, identify data quality issues, and provide solutions or approaches to solve data problems with fair amount of knowledge in statistical methods.Very strong verbal and written communication skillsExcellent organizational and time management skillsAbout Micron Technology, Inc.
