You are analytical by nature and enjoy using data to make recommendations. You have a strong understanding of compensation programs and market benchmarking.

The Impact You Will Have:

As a QTS Senior Compensation Analyst you are a key member of the People Services Operations compensation team. You will use your knowledge and skills to help manage compensation strategies, administer plans, and provide valuable insights to QTS!

What You Will Do:

Gather and analyze data from market-based compensation surveys; uses spreadsheet and data analysis techniques to assess results and market trends as well as determine competitivenessReviews compensation actions in Workday. Ensures internal equity is considered and offer is consistent with job leveling.Assists with annual and mid-year compensation process administration in WorkdayConducts regulatory audits and reports including FLSA and OFCCP as well as other data integrity auditsManages Payfactors tool including training, data updates, troubleshooting.Supports Business Partners with various requests and provides consultation to assist with business needs.Tracks, researches, and resolves compensation related queries.Supports in administration of existing compensation plans.

What You Need to be Successful:

Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accounting, HR, or equivalent professional experienceFive plus years of Compensation Analyst experienceExperience working with global compensation.Strong proficiency using Microsoft Excel including: pivot tables, complex formulas, lookup functions, etc.Ability to create effective compensation and financial models, budgets, reports, and presentations.Experience with Workday including advanced compensation moduleExperience with Payfactors software is preferableExperience with commissions or development bonus administration also preferred

Proficiency in organizing, summarizing, and analyzing large data sets.Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to interface with all levels of the organizationThrives working in a team environment of a high-growth, rapid-paced organizationAbility to manage confidential informationAbility to take initiative, work flexibly, and set priorities with minimal direct supervision
