**Overview**
Savannah River Mission Completion, LLC (SRMC) is seeking a **Senior Compensation Analyst** to be based in our Aiken, SC location on the Savannah River Site.
The **Senior Compensation Analyst** performs end-to-end compensation services to the organization with a focus on championing our pay programs, and providing our internal customers results-oriented compensation solutions that align with business objectives.
**Responsibilities**
+ Contributes to the identification, recommendation, design, and delivery of compensation programs, policies and procedures to align with company goals and competitive practices under the overarching compensation philosophy.
+ Implements and champions the company’s reward & recognition programs. Makes program enhancements. Administers all aspects of these programs.
+ Provides day-to-day compensation and HR support such as job level assignments for posting, establishing offer rates, position management, turnover, organizational charts, and periodic/ad hoc reports or analysis.
+ Collaborates, develops, and implements practical and creative solutions to compensation challenges such as attraction and retention.
+ Conducts ad hoc market pricing and assists with the annual market pricing process as needed.
+ Creates or updates job descriptions. Assists with JD Expert system integration and maintenance.
+ Evaluates jobs and pay data to ensure adherence to laws and regulations. Develops and maintains a firm grasp of FLSA, Pay Transparency legislation, and Service Contract Act.
+ Works with the Compensation Manager to conduct the annual performance ranking process and deliver an annual merit plan.
+ Proactively identifies compensation disparities and takes action to resolve issues.
+ Evaluates and approves pay adjustment and promotion submissions.
+ Creates guidelines and determines hiring rates for Co-ops, student interns and other transient employees.
+ Responds to DCAA, internal or legal audits.
+ Identifies, develops and implements program and process improvements.
+ Other duties as assigned.
**Qualifications**
+ Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university with current or previous experience in a professional compensation-specific role within a medium to large sized organization.
**Preferred Qualifications**
+ Master’s degree in Human Resource Management
+ Savannah River Site experience
+ Experience with HR software systems such as PeopleSoft, Deltek, MarketPay

Located in Aiken, South Carolina, SRMC is a limited liability company formed by nuclear operations and environmental remediation global leaders BWXT, Amentum, and Fluor. **Minimum Pay**
USD $80,000.00/Yr.
**Maximum Pay**
USD $140,000.00/Yr.
