Senior Compensation & Benefits Manager

 

A leading London law firm is seeking to hire a Senior Compensation & Benefits Manager on a full-time, permanent basis.  This is an exciting opportunity to join a fabulous HR team, reporting into the Chief People Officer and will be responsible for the day-to-day management of the firm’s compensation, benefits, and wellbeing programmes.

 

Salary £90,000-£100,000 per annum Working hours – 09:30-17:30 Hybrid working – 3 days in the office / 2 days remote Excellent employee benefits including 27 days annual leave, wellbeing programme, private medical insurance and financial protection insurances etc.!

 

The Key Responsibilities of the Senior Compensation & Benefits Manager:

Manage and proactively review the reward strategy of the firm required Develop and maintain strong partnerships with external providers, particularly during renewal periods Work closely with the firm’s payroll manager and those supporting the diversity and inclusion work Provide support to the HR Business Partner team for the design, implementation and delivery of annual salary reviews and bonus processes Work collaboratively with key internal stakeholders to support the firm’s commitment to promoting wellbeing Maintain an annual calendar of wellbeing events to create an environment where employees feel valued and supported

 

Skills and Requirements of the Senior Compensation & Benefits Manager:

The successful candidate must have previous experience of working in a compensation and benefits role within a law firm, or other professional services firm Highly numerate with strong analytical and statistical skills Excellent oral and written communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills Excellent administration, organisational and prioritisation skills with ability to manage time efficiently
