Your role:

Develop and implement policies, methods, processes and programs regarding Compensation & Benefits (C&B).Regional roll-out of global C&B programs and standards.Support the alignment of C&B structures across Latin AmericaExecute pay benchmarking and design and administrate incentive programsAdvise management team and employees in all questions related to C&BSupport M&A projectsInterface with labor law and industrial relations expertManage compensation programs and design end-to-end processPartner with our HR Business Partners to understand and provide solutions to the needs of our Business Managers in compensation topicsYour geographic focus will be our 10 operating countries in Latin America: Argentina, Brasil, Colombia, Chile, Costa Rica, Ecuador, El Salvador, Mexico, Peru and Uruguay.Your expertise:

You are passionate about the development and implementation of compensation & benefits policies, structures and processes, preferably in an international contextAdvanced knowledge of pay benchmarking, position evaluation, sales incentive plans and other short-term and long-term incentive systemsYou have strong communication skills, especially in making decision proposals to senior management.You are analytical, detail-oriented and discreetUniversity degree in Human Resources management, Business Administration or have comparable knowledge.Fluent in English and Spanish, knowledge of Portuguese is a plusAn additional HR qualification, e.g. World at Work GRP / CCP, is a plusYou are willing to travel occasionally as part of this role to other Siemens Healthineers locations in Latin America.You are highly proficient in Microsoft PowerPoint and Excel (preferably you have good knowledge of functions, pivot tables, macros and dashboards)Working experience in healthcare is a plus.
