Senior Compensation Partner

The Opportunity

Reporting to the Senior Manager, Compensation, you will be a strategic compensation partner to HR and business leaders for assigned client areas ( Operations department, which encompasses all Fulfillment Centers and Call Centers across Qurate Retail Group, and the Transportation, Logistics/Supply Chain, Facilities and Engineering functions), and may lead more complex functional or enterprise-wide compensation projects. You will also support the Compensation team in the design, administration, implementation, and communication of market compensation programs. 

This role is hybrid-remote and based in West Chester, PA.

Your Impact

Provide compensation support and leadership for assigned client groups or market on behalf of the Compensation COE.

Develop relationship with HR Partners and business leaders across the organization.

Advice on organizational design, job evaluations (market pricing), offers and promotional increases, department re-organizations, compensation communications, and other issues.

Lead compensation opportunities within client area or generally for Qurate.

Conduct compensation studies for client groups to support total rewards pay strategy and competitive pay positioning.

What You Bring

5+ years experience supporting global compensation.

5+ years experience defining compensation guidelines.

5+ years experience administering fundamental salary administration and compensation programs and policies, and compensation-specific training, for HR and business within assigned client areas.

Excellent working knowledge of compensation related law.

Intermediate to advanced level spreadsheet experience (pivot tables, databases, formulas).

Remote work is not permitted in NYC at this time.
