Senior Compensation Partner - Corp
**Overview** As a member of the Total Rewards Center of Excellence, **Senior Compensation Partner (SCP)** develops business-specific compensation solutions within the context of the organization’s overall compensation philosophy and design. Aligned to a specific market, region, or business group, the SCP has a deep understanding of business strategy and local legislation and uses this knowledge to influence compensation design and problem solving. Consults/advises HR on compensation design, while balancing business needs with laws/regulations and the overall compensation philosophy and framework. Partners with HR Operations/Solution Center to ensure compensation plans and policies are adhered to. Leads efforts to ensure successful design, build and integration of systemwide compensation initiatives, programs and projects. Research market trends and data to project compensation needs. Understands data sources and analytic methodologies to remain objective, develop and support recommendations that inform data driven decisions. Analyzes large sets of data to monitor and identify trends, potential risks and pay issues for proactive resolution. **Job Relationships:** Reports to and receives assignments from Compensation Leadership (Director Compensation / Director Executive Compensation & Strategic Initiatives / Compensation Manager). **Qualifications** **Education:** **Education Level** : Bachelor’s degree Required Human Resources or related degree **Experience:** **Required:** 8+ years in the analysis, design, and/or administration of compensation programs, Compensation Management, or Consulting with an in-depth knowledge of core compensation terminology and best practices. Refer to the Life Support Training Policy NH-HR-3096. **Licensure/Certification:** CCP, SHRM-CP/PHR, SHRM-SCP/SPHR, CEBS **Preferred** **Additional Skills/Requirements (required):** + Knowledge of federal, state, and local laws, statutes, etc. which govern policies and practices + Thorough understanding and application of internal and external HR principles, concepts, practices, and standards + Communication: Creates an environment that supports and respects diversity to promote creative problem solving.
