Senior Compensation Partner - REMOTE
Develops, implements and maintains company compensation policies and programs. This role will partner with the business to ensure the achievement of equitable and competitive employee compensation. This role will engage in work such as job descriptions reviews, conducting job analysis, pricing roles and advising HRBPs and business leaders on best practices for offers and promotion. This role will also serve as the primary point of contact as it relates to compensation programs and processes. This role maintains a working knowledge of federal and state legislation and labor contracts that may affect compensation policies. This role may partner with other compensation team members to analyze, design and communicate company compensation programs such as salary structures, bonus plans, and stock plans.

What you will do:

Partner with and support the business area to develop, implement and administer compensation policies and programConsult on compensation matters with Human Resource Business Partners & Business LeadersPerform deep analysis on effectiveness and competitiveness of existing compensation programs and model potential impact of alternativesDrive compensation program changes with business area(s) - from presenting to senior leadership to communications & training with LOB people managersFormulate recommendations regarding development of company salary structure, FLSA exemptions, job revisions and organizational structuresPrepare special studies and recommendations on subjects such as incentive compensation, bonus plans, sales compensation or stock plansUtilize analytical skills to build standard compensation dashboards that will be used across the companyAudits jobs for content and prepares job descriptions reflecting job responsibilities, activities, duties, and requirements, FLSA recommendationParticipates in compensation surveys to collect and analyze competitive salary information to determine company's competitive positionReviews proposed salary adjustments for conformance to established guidelines, policies and practicesRecommends corrective or alternative actions to resolve compensation-related problemsProvide coaching and training to the HR team and managers on compensation topicsActs as a mentor in area of expertiseProvides organizational level strategic expertise in functional areaFollows developments in FLSA/DOL exception issues and communicates to others as appropriate​

What you will need:

8+ years of corporate compensation experienceAdvanced Excel skills - Macros, Pivot Tables, etcPowerpoint & presentation experienceDesire & ability to interact with senior leadershipStrong presentation & facilitation skillsAbility to manage complex job specific projectsAbility to effectively communicate through the written and spoken word to associates, all levels of management & external vendors & clientsAbility to bring diverse groups together to gain consensusStrong planning and project mgmt skills

What will set you apart:

Minimum of 5 years of related experience with a Bachelor's degree; or 3 years and a Master's degree; or equivalent work experienceExperience working at a technology company or start-upCCP Certification - Certified Compensation ProfessionalExperience with WorkdayExperience with Radford benchmark surveys
