Senior Completions/Certification Technician (Multiple Positions), Kentech Technical Services, LLC, Houston, TX:

Establish, develop, coordinate, and maintain the Systems Completions Database across project and client stakeholders. Support development and integration of the project systems completions strategy into the Systems Completions Database and the necessary work process flows. Develop and administer the collation of supporting project documentation in support of compliant completions processes for all works performed. Develop system logic and integrations internally within the database to automate and control data and information interconnectivity across System Completions functions. Oversee and train all project personnel in the establishment, configuration, and administration of Systems Completion Database and processes. Analyze, validate and consolidate project data and reporting functions to provide actionable intelligence to project management and departments. Develop, implement, and test new work processes within the Systems Completions Database prior to launching for field execution. Establish and monitor data collation work process flows for the generation of asset registries from Engineering and Vendor provided documentation. Support and contribute to the Systemization guidelines and maintain adherence within the Systems Completions Database to the master Systemized drawings. Develop and prepare loop packages, testing packages, work packages and completions dossiers in support of project execution and certification milestones. Develop and prepare System Completion Certification for each phase of the project. Provide subject matter expertise to the resolution of queries and issues relating to Systems Completions during project execution. Develop and coordinate the creation and subsequent close out of deficiencies in project execution via the punch list item process. Develop and administer the Management of Change process with the database to maintain contractual and regulatory compliance.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Data Analytics, Engineering, or related field and 4 years of related work experience in Systems Completion.

Must have 4 years of experience in Systems Completions work processes, planning and execution for large scale projects.

Must have 3 years of experience in the following:
Database development and management; andBig data validation, analytics and reporting, including Power BI development and automation.
Must have 2 years of experience in the following:
Utilizing Power Query and SQL to consolidate and validate meta data; andUtilizing macro functions and VBA within Microsoft Excel.
Daily domestic (local) travel to client sites required when supporting project execution.
