As a Senior Compliance Advisor - Reporting & Analytics in the Strategy & Framework group Compliance, you will work with your manager & leaders within FI & FBOT Compliance as well as our Compliance and Risk business partners to:
Build and Produce reports supporting the compliance program’s central initiatives.
Work with compliance members to retrieve data and communicate best practices for executive-level reporting.
Analyze data to identify trends, gaps and other areas of concern driving transparency for senior leaders.
Perform QC checks and analysis on reporting systems, data submissions, regulatory rules and regulatory enforcements.
Assist in developing and maintaining our internal reporting systems.
Develop improved reporting to optimally measure compliance program health
The Expertise and Skills You Bring
Forward thinking, analytical, organized, clear communicator and attention to detail.
Strong reporting capabilities and solid understanding of workflow tools, including Excel, Power BI, Tableau, PowerPoint, Archer.
Ability to balance multiple initiatives and responsibilities within prescribed timelines.
Experience with presenting to senior leaders.
Ability to process large amounts of data and translate it into clear informative reports.
Experience working in compliance, legal or risk.
Proven track record to tackle projects delivering high quality results
