Your Role
As part of the Second Line of Defence you will provide specialist compliance support, advice and ongoing maintenance to the development of the Chubb compliance framework for Australia and New Zealand (A&NZ), in accordance with regulatory, industry, legal and company standards and requirements. You will manage internal and external stakeholder relationships, provide advice on obligations, conduct incident/breach investigations and remediation, roll-out training and communications, conduct ongoing monitoring and compliance assurance reviews, and produce reporting for the Management and Board Committees. You may also assist the team with other compliance related activities when required.
Your Responsibilities
Your Skills & Experience
5+ years’ experience in Compliance Risk with a responsibility contributing to the management of incidents and breaches, and the implementation of a monitoring and assurance program, advice and obligation management program, training and communication program, and reporting;Experience within the Insurance industry preferred;Tertiary qualification in Business, Economics, Commerce, Law, Accounting or a Related Field;A good understanding of the regulatory requirements of insurance within A&NZ with the ability to interpret regulation and legislation;Excellent communication skills and ability to present ideas and findings in detailDemonstrated problem solving and analytical skillsWe offer you the opportunity to work as part of a dynamic and agile environment where continuous development is encouraged throughout your career, both locally and globally.
