We’re looking for a Compliance Testing (CoE) Senior Analyst to join our Compliance - Integrated Compliance Services team at MBPS. In this role, you are responsible for providing assurance that the Business Unit’s (BU) AMLATF and Compliance Programs are in compliance with the Company's Global AMLATF Policy and Asia Segment AMLATF Risk Management Program, applicable Compliance policies, and with all applicable local laws and regulations.
Research regulations by reviewing regulatory bulletins and other sources of information.
Prepares report by collecting, analyzing and provides a detailed summary of the data.
Maintains good working relationship with regulatory personnel and stakeholders by consistent communication and in resolving concerns. Plans and coordinates operational activities and guarantees compliance with rules and regulations.
Key Responsibilities:
Directly report all matters to the Team Lead of Testing CoE. Monitor the implementation of the approved Test Plan by ensuring that:
Maintain high quality standard on the test results by ensuring that:
Technical aspects of the AML/ATF and FATCA-CRS programs were reviewed;Regulatory examination, audit reports, and other relevant internal reports, were considered prior to the conduct of testing;Testing activities performed, along with its results, coincide with the scope and objective of the testing;Reports have been reviewed and discussed with the team, including the Team Lead of Testing CoE;Assist in driving and monitoring team's productivity and efficiency are metAssists on the tracking of the resolution of all outstanding observations in the test results by securing updates from the local business units on the progress and completion of their remedial actions based on their target datesTake charge or assist or monitors on the projects/ initiatives relating to process improvementMotivate others to stretch and take bold steps to achieve better outcomeAssist the Managers in Driving team performance to the highest possible level and excel it through development actionsAssist the TL/Manager in reviewing the works and final reports prior to release and all activities are delivered on a timely basisEnsures that own assigned works/ adhocs are handled with accountability and adheres to the QA planInvolve in decisions, provide advice and recommendations to stakeholders based on dataConduct training to new hires and upskill new hiresQualifications:
A Graduate of any business courses (Ex. Finance, Accounting,) are preferred but not required. Minimum of 2 years Audit/ Controls Testing experience or 4 years experience in AML and Compliance.ACAMS certification is an advantage but not required.Strong organizational skillsSolid written and verbal communication skills. Use these skills while working with BU partners and with different levels of the organization.Solid technology skills; knowledge of or ability to learn applicable compliance or business systemsKnowledge of the financial services industry including insurance and/or securitiesBasic understanding of the regulatory environment in which the Company operates and some understanding of key compliance conceptsLet's make every day better together.
