Our Client, a Banking company, is looking for a Senior Compliance and Governance Auditor & Tester (ECM Compliance testing, qTest, Octane) for their Pennington, NJ location. Responsibilities: + This role would be responsible for supporting ECM Compliance, Test Coverage and Traceability and Execution of risk-based compliance monitoring and testing in accordance with enterprise requirements and procedures, which would be an input to OTA decision. + Thorough understanding on enterprise compliance requirements and experience in governing its adoption. + Reporting the deviation to compliance per feature team per release. + Educating feature teams on how to adhere to requirements and mitigate non-compliance risks. + Ensure effectiveness of test scripts to support assigned compliance reviews. + Ensure test scripts are properly designed to identify non-compliance with applicable requirements. + Evaluate effectiveness of current compliance related controls and devise a strategy to improve effectiveness. + Performs effective root cause analysis for non-compliance and obtains corrective action plans from lines of business. + Actively manages and escalates compliance risk and customer-impacting issues identified within their day-to-day role to their leadership. + Identify impact to release artifact versions across functional teams for LLE for Audit and Legal portfolio + Coordinate with business and functional teams for effective test coverage. + Develop and improve the ECM Testing Methodology and engage with teams on ensuring conformance + Develop metrics and trends on ECM issues which would assist in sustaining compliance. + Provide daily compliance and test reports.
