The sub department Facilities Operations manages the critical buildings, HVAC, utilities (steam, cooling media, heating fluids, water systems, pressurized air, high voltage, nitrogen,…) and installations (steam generator, cooling cells, air handling units, clean rooms,..) on the sites of Beerse, Geel and Olen; from the central production and distribution to our chemical and pharmaceutical production- and RD buildings.
For the team responsible for the maintenance and exploitation of the production buildings and utilities in Geel we are currently looking for a Senior Compliance Engineer.
Key Responsibilities:
· Guard the compliance status of our GxP critical infrastructure and linked processes.
· Ensure that all technical installations and equipment is in line with current legislation
· Assures that at all time compliance / inspection readiness is met
· Provides professional advice, technical and scientific expertise on quality compliance linked to utility and building infrastructure
· Follows the day-to-day operational compliance activities and coach/guide operational colleagues with all aspects within GMP and exudes operational excellence
· Review of system documents linked to changes and/or corrective actions of our installations
· Review of GAP assessments and align local procedures vs current (inter)national JJ standards.
· Supports the ongoing projects to deliver an efficient and effective design, right first-time commissioning and qualification of the new installations, operational monitoring and maintainability
· Acts as spokes person during inspections/audits both from authorities, customer or internal JJ
· Coaching and sharing your expertise and experiences to junior peers energizes you.
· Close collaboration with colleagues of our Beerse Campus, QA MAM department

· Strong skills in communication (English Dutch both verbal written) and have a result driven personality.
· You take initiative and on top of being an autonomous colleague, you are also a genuine team player who contributes to results and to a pleasant working environment together with his/her colleagues.
· You are punctual and precise.
