How will you contribute to the success of DHL?

As a Senior Compliance Manager the role will support our Regional Compliance Officers to manage all aspects of the compliance portfolio, which covers a wide range of compliance related topics. This includes supporting with Compliance Certifications of countries in the Region, Supporting and Manager compliance incidents and investigations, and providing support and guidance to the embedded Compliance Coordinators in countries across the region, and keeping them update with the quickly evolving world of compliance

Key Requirements:

\n

To be successful in this role we are looking for someone with a strong background in Compliance, Legal, Finance, Auditing or Similar backgrounds, with ideally 8-10 years of demonstrated experience (preferrable in multinational logistics organisations), In addition to the core experience a successful person will be able to demonstrate:

\n

· Sound Business Acumen and Awareness of the impact of compliance

\n

· Ability to communicate effectively at all levels of the organization and work cross-culturally

\n

· Proven ability to influence and negotiate, and experience in leading investigations or audits

\n

· Ability to coach and guide others

\n

· High levels of professional integrity and ethics

\n

· Attention to detail, good planning skills and an awareness of the need to store, manage and disseminate information effectively.
