Advanced degree preferred. + Minimum of 7 years of experience in configuration management within the rail and metro industry, demonstrating a strong understanding of industry-specific standards and best practices. + Proven track record of leading configuration efforts for large-scale rail or metro projects, with a focus on system integration and compliance with safety-critical standards. + In-depth knowledge of configuration management tools, such as IBM Rational ClearCase, SVN, or similar platforms. + Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
