Senior Configuration Manager
Description

The ideal candidate will play a key role in overseeing the configuration management of developmental and operational systems. Responsibilities include establishing and maintaining configuration baselines across various stages, implementing automated CM tools, conducting change control, and configuration audits throughout the systems' lifecycle. Additionally, they will document hardware and software configuration management procedures and contribute to maintaining and developing environments for product build, testing, and integration. This role requires strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.Requirements  One (1) year of experience using a source code control system for a developmental program of similar scope and complexity, if assigned to a developmental programProficiency in implementing hardware and software version control processes, policies, and proceduresStrong understanding of configuration management tools such as DOORS and Eclipse, with the ability to utilize them effectively for tracking and managing configuration itemsDemonstrated ability to document hardware and software configuration management processes and procedures accuratelyExperience in maintaining and developing environments for hardware and software product build, staging, testing, and integrationSkilled in defining and implementing hardware and software configuration management processes and procedures tailored to project requirementsAbility to serve as an advisor to the Government Change Control Board, providing valuable insights into configuration management processesExcellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the capability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teamsMinimum of six (6) years of proven experience as a Configuration Manager in programs and contracts of similar scope, type, and complexityBachelor’s degree in a technical or business discipline from an accredited college or university, or ten (10) years of configuration management experience in lieu of a bachelor’s degreeActive TS/SCI Clearance with Polygraph About Kaizen ApproachWe love what we do, and that drives us to create the best possible results for our customers.
