Job Purpose:
This position is pivotal in leading field construction activities for the Subsea Pipeline Repair Project, ensuring the highest compliance with client management systems and procedures. It involves overseeing pipeline design, fabrication, repair assessments, and execution, while aligning all construction activities with project safety, quality, schedule, and cost objectives. The role requires providing construction and execution expertise for offshore subsea pipelines in adherence to established standards and specifications. Responsibilities include managing field construction activities, reviewing engineering deliverables, and overseeing fabrication, load-out, installation, and SIMOPS, while ensuring compliance client policies, procedures, processes, and PMS gating requirements, as well as meeting all key project milestones.

Key Responsibilities Leadership in Construction: Manage field construction activities, ensuring compliance with client safety, quality, and project management standards. Project Oversight: Oversee subsea pipeline design, fabrication, repair assessments, and execution. Safety & Compliance: Ensure alignment with SHE standards, conduct risk assessments, and maintain adherence to all regulatory and company policies. Execution Excellence: Develop construction plans, manage contractors, and oversee fabrication, load-out, installation, and SIMOPS during all project phases. Interface Management: Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders, including contractors, offshore operators, and integrity groups, to drive project success. Field Presence: Provide on-site support at offshore and onshore facilities, ensuring timely and efficient project execution within planned shutdown schedules. Continuous Improvement: Capture lessons learned, apply industry best practices, and contribute to the development of innovative solutions for pipeline repair activities. Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent technical qualifications in a related field. Experience: 15+ years in the Oil & Gas industry, with at least 10 years in offshore project execution, subsea pipeline construction, and repair activities. Expertise in brownfield activities, subsea equipment usage, marine lifting, and offshore survey operations. Demonstrated experience managing contractors and overseeing EPCI pipeline projects. Technical Skills: Strong knowledge of subsea pipeline construction methods and marine engineering deliverables. Proficiency in reviewing engineering work packs, lifting plans, method statements, and JSAs. Familiarity with offshore installation techniques and subsea pipeline repair methodologies. Solid understanding of SHE standards, risk assessments, and incident investigation processes. Soft Skills: Exceptional leadership, coordination, and communication skills. Strong problem-solving and decision-making capabilities. Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks in a high-pressure environment. Proficient in Microsoft Office and project management tools
