 This position pays $75k - $85k plus premier benefits. 
 
Job Summary:Create quotes using company-designed software for multiple Project ManagersCreate proposals/scopes of work using company-designed software for multiple Project ManagersWork closely with Project Managers and Operations Team in designing and creating accurate, profitable quotes/proposalsPerform project take-offs on-site and from architect/construction spec drawingsPrepare project submittals for specified contract projects 
Candidate Requirements: Understanding of construction and specification driven bidding processesAbility to compile and prepare project submittalsComputer skills (proficient in MS Word, Excel and Bid Estimating Software)General construction, building products, roofing knowledgeAble to climb up & down ladders to minimum heights of 25 feetKnowledge of estimating/quoting programsExperience managing multiple projects at onceExperience working with subcontractors of different construction trades
